Since the return cargo amounts that are not sent with our agreement code are too high, shipments sent outside the agreement are not accepted.
When the returned product or products reach us, after the necessary checks, your refund will be made according to your payment method.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made to the relevant card.
If you have made the payment at the door, you must inform us about the iban information and the name and surname of the account holder.
There is no refund for the service fee collected in payment at the door, only the product amount will be refunded.
Refunds are made within 1 - 5 working days.
