Returns & Exchanges

  • For change :
  1. Please enter your order number and e-mail address and go to the next page by saying Find Order .
  2. When your order details are listed, click Create Request and proceed to the next page.
  3. Select the product or products you want to change and the reason, then select the Change option and complete the process by selecting Submit a Request at the bottom of the page. If there is a defect in the product or products, take a picture and send it by adding a picture in the add picture section.

  • For return :
  1. Please enter your Order Number and e-mail address and go to the next page by saying Find Order .
  2. When your order details are listed, click Create Request and proceed to the next page.
  3. After selecting the product or products you want to return and the reason, choose the Refund option and complete the process by selecting Submit a Request at the bottom of the page.
