Shipping Process

  • Your purchases from our site between 15:00 on weekdays and 12:00 on Saturday are shipped on the same day. Purchases made after 12:00 on Saturday will be shipped to you on the first working day.
  • Cargo companies quota due to busy periods started its implementation. Even if our company delivers the cargo during the quota periods, due to the quota, the cargo exit time cannot be given from the cargo companies. Departures are made according to the arrival order of the cargoes.
  • There may be delays in shipping on Mondays due to the busy weekdays. Delayed orders are shipped the next day.
  • Shipping costs are borne by our company. If a fee is requested from you, it is sufficient to contact our company.
  • If you have shopped with the option to pay at the door, our shipping is free, but + 10 TL is charged at the door.
  • After making the purchase, the stages of your order are sent to the e-mail address you provided when registering on our site.
  • After your order is shipped, your order tracking number is sent to your mobile phone via SMS. There is a link of the relevant cargo company in the incoming message. You can check where your cargo is by clicking the link.
  • Our company delivers with domestic cargo.
  • Cargoes sent to you are insured. When receiving your cargo, make sure to check and receive the product sent. If the product is damaged, make sure to keep a damage report and do not take delivery of the product. Products that do not keep a damage assessment report are out of our responsibility. If you notify us of a new product instead of the damaged product for which you have a damage assessment report, a new one will be shipped back to you free of charge.
  • Public holidays and adverse weather conditions may delay the delivery of your cargo.
  • Our company does not send cargo on Sundays and public holidays.
