Shipping Process

  • Your purchases from our site between 14:00 on weekdays and 12:00 on Saturdays are shipped on the same day. Purchases made after 12:00 on Saturday will be shipped to you on the first working day.
  • Due to busy periods, cargo companies have quotas started its implementation. Even if our company delivers the cargo during the periods when quota is applied, the cargo departure time cannot be given by the cargo companies due to the quota. Cargoes are shipped according to their arrival order.
  • Due to the density during campaign periods, cargo may not be sent on the same day. Shipment is made as quickly as possible according to the order order.
  • There may be delays in shipping cargo on Mondays due to the week's busy schedule. Delayed orders are shipped the next day.
  • Shipping costs are borne by our company. If you are asked for a fee, simply contact our company.
  • If you shop with the cash on delivery option, our shipping is free, but +60₺ is charged as the cash on delivery fee.
  • After you make your purchase, the steps of your order are sent to the e-mail address you provided when registering on our site.
  • After your order is shipped, your order tracking number is sent to your mobile phone via SMS. There is a link to the relevant cargo company in the incoming message. You can check where your cargo is by clicking on the link.
  • Our company ships with Aras cargo.
  • The cargo sent to you is insured. When receiving your cargo, be sure to check the product sent. If the product is damaged, make sure to keep a damage report and do not accept the product. Products for which a damage assessment report is not kept are no longer our company's responsibility. If you notify us of a new product instead of the damaged product for which you have submitted a damage report, a new one will be shipped to you immediately, free of charge.
  • Public holidays and adverse weather conditions may cause a delay in the delivery of your cargo to you.
  • Our company does not send cargo on Sundays and public holidays.
